savage radio upgrade.

I have upgraded to airtroics 2.4. i am using 2 digital high torque servos and one standard servo.
is 6v battery pack sufficient. or sould i use a lipo battery with a step down.
Because i have heard from experince guys that there is a voltage drop when using these servos and the receiver sometimes looses contact with the radio due to voltage drop.
please suggest.

if its a solid 6V pack then i think you should be fine. a quality maxamps packs like this one http://www.maxamps.com/proddetail.php?prod=MA-1600-Receiver-Pack&cat=18 will do the trick


what servo's are you running?

And with a price like that, you won't go wrong. I had to buy a 1200MaH receiver pack for $24...

Also, 6V should be fine.
