Grease. I run 50K or more oil in my diffs though. When you run grease, if you get high centered on something, all the power goes to the wheel in the air and nearly nothing to the one on the ground. With 50K oil in it, you still get decent diff action, but when high centered, a decent amount of power is transferred to the tire touching the ground.
 
i run 300,000 cst front and rear without issue, just slightly larger turning circle on the XL barely noticeable though

i have ran 50,000 cst and 100,000 cst

50k cst felt too open
100k cst felt like it was almost like a limited slip diff
300k cst feel like posi traction with some slip
