Hey guys I need some help, I just installed a BRAND NEW Futaba radio and receiver into my buggy and I've had several runaways and I don't know why. The buggy has even throttled up without me touching the throttle. All the electronics are new so I don't know whats up. The buggy is a mbx6 that I purchased off ebay as a roller, it came with a receiver pack already in it, I charged it and it seems to work well. Can anyone give me any advise at what might be causing this. Should I send the RX system in for warranty? Should I try changing the receiver pack first? This is my first high quality race buggy and I would hate to wreck it on a runaway.

Did you follow the instructions and bind the receiver to the transmitter?

Yeah, I did that. The set up works most of the time, but it will just run away out of the blue. I just finished the build Thursday and have been testing it out and I've had several runaways. :\

Check to make sure that the RX pack is fully charged and that you are using new batteries in the TX. Make sure that you also have a strong enough throttle-return spring.
