Run Time?

Would any one possibly know the average run time with a "duratrax onyx 3000mah nimh battery" and "Traxxas VXL-3S Velineon motor and esc". I'm looking to up grade my evader ext2.

20-30 mins usually but that depends on how you are running it.

Defiantly higher run times if your using lipo!

I'm new to the electric half of r/c i would like to get a lipo. any recommendations for the lipo battery and the lipo charger for a fair price?

and as far as lipos, it depends on how much you want to spend. . .

For that set up I would think you would only get 10-15 minutes out of it tops. I wish it would run 20-30 on a NiMh but I seriously doubt it since I get about 25 out of a 5000mah Lipo with the same set-up in a 4x4 Slash.
