looking for 2 new bodies for my hpi rs4's, but I'm kinda confussed. hpi body sizes are 190mm and 200mm. wich one is for me? do the rs4 and rs4-3 take diffrent body sizes? thanxs

Yep, if you are getting Nitro RS4 2s and RS4 3s you will need 200mm bodies.
