I have a Type SS with woven upper deck and shock towers. It has the shocks that came with the kit.

I'd like to lower the ride height of the chassis. In stock form, it sits about 7mm front and 9-10 mm rear.

The setup sheets that I've seen are around 4mm front and +1-2mm higher on the rear. I don't see any way to adjust the height, besides installing spacers inside the shock body, which adjusts the height, but also pre-compresses the springs way too much.

Anyone have a combination of some other shock/spring that can accomplish this?

TIA,

Dan

You would be suprised how much shock mount location will change your ride height,if you have the carbon shock towers theres plenty of adjustment to get those heights

Thanks, I tried earlier relocating the top of the shock on the tower, but the a-arms were always at full extension. After your suggestion, I tried moving the bottom of the shock to the inboard mounting holes on the a-arm and that did the trick.
