Sunny I am using Mugen- Seki silicone oil in mine. I couldn't imagine you would want anything over 10K weight. I am running five in mine and it's pretty smooth. I just chose 5K since I had it left over from my Savage.

thx for the feedback newnitrofan

Noticed some ppl run diff Wt.s in the front compared to the rear?? or is that wrong?? may be thinking of the SaVaGe hehe

Advanced racers run diff wt's front to back to help balance the car under hard braking & turn in. HPI's have a tendency to want to swap ends at turn in. The majority of that prob can be solved with proper spring rate, shock oil wt & piston. using differnt diff wt front to back is best looked at as a way of fine tuning the cars response after getting the shocks and ride height the best you can. As a basher you should tear em down & rebuild once a month. As a racer between every week end and as a team driver every day if not every race. Hammer down Bro :smoke:
