Rs4-3 2 Spd

I have a rs4-3 w/ a 2 spd w/ the stock 18/47-22/43 gearing. Will the red pinions 19/23t work w/ the 43/47 spurs or do i need to find 42/ 46t spurs?
And will increacing the size of the pinions by only one tooth make a big diff (that makes it faster?) I'm only runnin a .12 so i dont want to get to aggresive cause i heard a .12 will fall flat on it's face due to the lack of TQ.

you just recited gear ratios, just not in the form of a decimal.

18/47-22/43 = 2.61 and 1.95

spur teeth divided by clutch bell teeth = gear ratio.
