rs4 2 engine

ok I'm gonna be getting a hpi nitro rs4 2 and supposedly thier is no motor well i am going to be posible selling on of my old rc truck, and i may get some money from that but i want to know what kind of engine i should get for the hpi nitro rs4 2 somthing cheap would be great but any help wout be great thanks

Any small block .12 to .18 should fit in the RS4 2 no problem. Just make sure you have the proper flywheel and clutch stuff. All the stock HPI gear should fit easily. If you're looking for a basher engine, I recommend OS. Now, that's not to say that OS is only for bashing. They are great quality engines. They are reliable. Affordable. Easy to tune. So that's just my $.02

If you want to keep it simple, just drop an .18 in it and it'll FLY. Or there's always a .21 conversion

thanks for ur help now all i need to know is what would the price range be for a a good os motor i have herd os is really go and easy to tune what engine(of the os brand) would u recomend and for what price can i get it the cheapist

that enigne is just sick with power ,i installed 1 in my tmaxx and it would roll it onto its roll very easy ,IMO i think it would be way over kill for the RS4 i have 1 and it has the OS.12 and its fast and fun to run
