I was beating on the Slash today and popped a shaft off of a yoke...No biggie, I have plenty of extras! So went inside to put a new one on and noticed this

Luckily I have the stock arms to keep me running, now I get to experience RPM's warranty and customer service first hand.

Everything I have heard about RPM customer service has been great so I feel pretty good about contacting them. I have to say I have seen older worn RPM parts break but these arms are very close to new, I was surprised when I saw it.

they do break but not very often. Also those guys will take real good care of you.

Those guys are the best of the best when it comes to customer service. They will take care of you. Try mounting your shock on the outer most hole of the arm to reduce the leverage, it will also make your suspension a little more progressive and help with premature bottoming of your shock. thats usually the problem.
