Rovan Terminator

Has anyone owned a Rovan terminator truck. I was thinking of selling of some nitro stuff, to purchase one. checked some vids of them running they look good and the guys were beating the crap out of them.

I've not but I had the Rovan baja, which was the same things as a HPI baja, so I'm guessing this is the same thing as a 5t or close. Prolly a good rig.

Parts for the baja are easy easy easy, they are the exact same as the hpi baja, everything is interchangeable. Very well may be the same case here.

thats what I figured, Found one new on ebay for $650.00 shipped thinkin bout getting one.

I think there was a guy on here that bought one, he seemed to have a blast with his, I'm 90% sure the parts are interchangable.

The parts interchange. Unfortunately, the stock parts on the KM or Rovan aren't quite as good in materials, hence the lower price.

Yah I figured that to. Guess if something breaks just replace with hpi parts.

The only part that I had trouble with was the carb, it was different than HPI's. Everything else was a finish difference, shiny vs flat. You wont be breaking parts, unless you really beat the crap outta it. HPI guys are the ones who want so badly to find fault with these since they paid double

Well I TOOK MY BAJA 5b out today and got a good tune on it dang that thing will rip once ypou get it right. I will prob be getting the rovn terminator truck at some point.
