Where can I buy a roll cage for my Nitro Sport? I'm pretty sure a cage for a rusty will work as well. Or how/what is it made?

Yea. I think a rustler cage would fit and I would suggest the RC Solutions cage. It's very very durable. A little pricey, but durable.
