RTO 2026 – THEY’RE NOT BUILDING… THEY’RE GOING OVERBOARD 200,000 lbs of dirt.

If it’s RC, it’s here—and it’s probably being pushed harder than it should be.
THE PLAYGROUND (aka why your rigs won’t survive the weekend)
Lit Airstrip – night flying hits different
3 Ponds – boats, recovery rigs, bad decisions Nitro Zones – loud, fast, slightly chaotic (as intended)
3 Racetracks- Dirt track
- Oval
- Rally course
Trail Systems – woods runs, hill climbs, real terrain
Rock Gardens – technical crawling zones for the patient (or stubborn)
THE CHAOS EVENTS- Tug of Wars
- Demolition Derbies
- Distance Jumps (send it and pray)
- Height Jumps (same idea, worse outcome)
- Show N Shine (for the rigs that somehow survive)
CAMP LIFE- Primitive camping OR full RV hookups
- Electric, water, on-site black tank hookup
- Bring your crew, your rigs, and your “this seemed like a good idea at the time” energy
ON SITE- Food trucks
- 20+ vendors and growing
- Charging stations
- $10,000+ raffle prizes
KNOW BEFORE YOU SEND IT- Gates open Friday @ noon (don’t show up early and block roads)
- Last supply stop ~10 minutes out
- No firearms, no open drinking (family-friendly vibe)
- Dogs welcome—just don’t let them out-drive you
REAL TALKAxialfest? BTC? Solid events.
This is a different animal.
RTO is what happens when someone says:
“Why don’t we just do everything… and make it bigger?”

And maybe bring a second rig…
because the first one might not make it through whatever they’re building with that mountain of dirt.

RTO2025 schedule! Everyone please read!

This is both your event schedule and the rules for the comps. Take a screenshot please. Some events may run over or be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. You can find updates and sign up for these events at the RTO tent near the driveway. You must be signed up in order to enter these comps. Don’t wait! Get this done on Friday or ASAP so you’re not scrambling Saturday morning. 
Gates open at 12:00 Friday. Do not try to rush and get there early. If you come to the gates before noon you’ll be turned away. Your friends will be gathering at gas stations in Rosebud and Floyd to get any last minute supplies they may need. 
Friday
5pm-6pm Show and Shine in front of the barn with Josh Yandell FREE to enter 2 entries per person Trick or Crawl from vendor to vendor.
7pm-8pm our Halloween special drive-in movie. Parents these movie clips will be rated R and from the 80s-90s viewer discretion is advised (no nudity) Bring your own chairs there will be a few in the Crawl Garden. There will also be theater style popcorn for the first 200 people.
Saturday
8am-9am Tractor Pull on the pull track 5 classes with Jay Yandell $5 per entry. All entries will have to go through tech in order to pull. 
10lb 4x4 dirt: 2.2 or smaller tires, 2s, 10lbs max, 24in long max.
12lb 4x4 dirt 2.2 or smaller tires, 3s, 12lbs max, 24in long max.
NR/CTPA rules. The rules will be displayed for everyone to observe (The big change is the bard agricultural tires)
10lb Pro Stock 4x4 or 10lb Dirt
12lb Pro Modified 4x4 or 12lb Dirt
Unlimited 6x6, 4x4 and 2wd. One winner. Winner has a chance to win their money back going up against one of my Unlimited tractors. 
9am-10am Day Rock Comp on King of the Mountain with Eric Mooney $5 per entry

10am-11am Offroad Drag Race next to the entry gate with Robert Hurst $5 per entry
Any size RC gas or electric. Any power of RC. The only rule is there’s no paddle tires. This is an elimination race. We will have a full light tree and camera system. Winner has a chance to win their entry money back racing one of my RC‘s. 
11am-12pm Break for Lunch
Scale campsite can start setting up
12pm-1pm Dirt Oval Race on Oval Track behind the pond. Fastest 10 laps wins. $5 per entry
Any 1/10 2wd 2s RC
If there are enough people that have 4x4 1/10 2s RC’s we will form a comp. To be determined.
1pm-3pm Tough Truck Challenge on Bigfoot Trail with Derek Gatlin $5 per entry

3pm-4pm Long Jump at the Basher Ramps with Josh Yandell $5 per entry
Any size RC any power just no paddle tires.
5pm-6pm Awards raffle and special raffle in front of the barn
AARC Night Crawl after awards at Bad Luck Creek
7pm-8pm Night Rock Comp on King of the Mountain with Jesse Amos $5 per entry
Sunday
10am-12pm Joe Ropes Mini 1/24 Comp on the North 1/24 1/18 Course FREE to enter.
