Today Acclaim annouced it's really over They filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy (the bad one as Chapter 11 means they are trying to stay in business.) We will miss you! Thanks for all the hours of pulling people's spines out!

And no more dino hunting?

And who can forget ground breaking games like NBA JAM '99

Also the ATV Off Road Fury's, Dave Mirra series, and 4 RC car games to name just a few!

Acclaim you will be missed, and I will pour out the last of my 40oz of Old E for ya!

Ouch! Well Juiced was just about released and it will still go through under another distributer but games like, 100 Bullets, Red Star, and E3 announcements Interview with a Made Man, The Last Job and Emergency Mayhem will presumably all be up for grabs. So to say they were out of ideas is a little off based imo.
