It got to be something with the tie rods or your steering where the tie rods connect.

Look up the manual online and look at the section where it shows how to setup the bump-steer.
The problem you're having is all bump-steer, and can be corrected by putting the correct shims above or below your outer tie rod ends. This is in the manual and has to be done in accordance with your suspension caster and roll center settings.

Olds 97's link shows the pieces I'm referring to, but you need the manual to determine how they go.

thanks for your help 2revo1max ..................kane:)

You don't happen to have the wrong axle carriers on the wrong sides do you? I'll dig through my spare parts and see if I have a spare set to see what the diff is between left/right, but I know they are left/right specific. They are not interchangeable I don't believe.

Looked more closely at your photo's and that looks like what you have. You have the wrong axle carrier on the wrong sides. Where the turnbuckle connects out by the wheel should be closer to the below the axle more so than above it.

Here's a shot of my revo from underneath from the rear:

They stamp a little L/R on them on the back so you don't get mixed up. But if you don't know to look for it, then a little stamp means very little. I installed them wrong on my revo when I got RPM carriers many years ago on a revo I no longer have, so I know how easy it is to overlook.

Good eye olds!
Once you do switch them around make sure you put in the shims correctly per you caster and roll center or you'll still have a much smaller version of the same problem.

is that l/r looking from the front of the truck or the back

Always looking from the back as if you were driving the car just like a 1:1. Drivers side is the left side.....

yes front ones where on wrong just looked at the back ones there on wrong dose it matter

The point where the turnbuckle attaches to the carrier should be toward the bottom on each side, according to your pictures, your turnbuckles are toward the top.

Your carriers are on the wrong sides of the truck.

Yes it matters.

ok thanks
