well i took out the revo today and the weather wasn't too bad , about 28 , anywho i can't fro the life of me get it too shift now , i try leaning it out abit , doesn't work , and my idle seems weird too , abit high, when i turn te idle screw i t doesn't do anything , i may have tuned i ttoo much counter clockwise , and it keeps cutting out at high speed , you can see it wants to shift but dies right away . any advice will help . i willl end up bringing it to my lhs and get them to tune it ,

being a newb and all , would i have to turn it clockwise or counter clockwise,
what it might be too tight you think

thats the thing i turn down the idle screw but it would not effect the idle , maybe i turned it too much , for the slipper clutch i will try it tomorrow

Does your idle change at all when you hit the brakes? If not, then since changing the idle screw isn't affecting the idle RPM, your more than likely too lean. Especially if it's cutting out at WOT. Your lean.

Running below freezing can be a bit problematic anyway. These engines run best when running between 60F-90F. Any more or less and they can get finicky. I've noticed it more with my small blocks then my big blocks.

ya so i checked my idle screw i did turn it too much that it wasn't doing anything so i put it back to about 1 to 2 mm so i should be fine for that . and ya i think the temp outside was a factor also is was about 25 , 26 out side , its weird I've ran it in colder conditions and it ran fine.I'm going to give her a go tomorrow, thanxs
