really appreciate that Rolex with this i should be able to figure it out, but not tonight. i learned from yesterday...tired+trying to fix things that i dont know how=big pain in the A$$

The loop in the spring needs to be in the slot of the shoe before you slide it onto the post. You then have to raise up and pop the other end of the spring against the center. Once you do one, you'll understand it. Remember, the spring needs to hold the shoe IN, and once it's set, you'll be able to pull the shoe out as though it was spinning, and it will snap back in when you let go.

yeah i get it now. i would have never figured that out on my own. pretty good idea. and i heard it give alot more grab than the stock clutch setup. thanks alot Rolex

hey rolex. thanks for those pics. i finally got the clutch together and put the engine back in. I'm going to run it tomorrow and see how much better it is than stock! i can't wait

Matt if you aren't breaking it you aren't driving right.

My dad seems to think that you're supposed to pamper the thing and drive it in straight lines in the street. SCREW THAT!!!! :thefinger :D

man forget that. revo definetly doesn't belong on the street. and was out there tearing it up but taking it easy at the same time. breaking stuff mean i need money, and thats something i dont have right now. so untill than i gotta take it easy for a little while

The Revo is pretty durable. Compared to anything Redcat or Exceed it's like a freaking diamond (hardest material in the world). Heck, my Maxx can take quite a beating before breaking anything. Once I put in some aluminum bulkheads and braces, and aluminum skid plated and braces, it'll be indestructible.
