WOW I was gonna suggest the Fuel tank leak. I had a long struggle with tuning just couldn't get it to run right sure as hell wouldn't idle. I replaced the fuel tank cause I did find the o-ring was bad ( I know could have spent 3 bucks for o-ring kit I wanted the 150cc tank). My Revo ran like a champ as soon as I fired it up. I am kind new here but I keep seeing that when people are having idling issue at stock settings more often they find it's a air leak, I know its top on my list when issue's arise anymore.
 
We're glad you've got it up and running. We always go through the obvious steps first, and if it doesn't respond to proper tuning, air leaks become the next likely suspect.
Now that it's running good, you can take it out and break something.
