Ok my revo 27 has been built a little while now, but my rear cvd's keep coming apart. I have a true track on it and it clearly makes the things a wee bit longer. Every time the suspension tops out under load the dogbones come out. I just need some slightly longer drive cups that will work with trx cvd's. Any suggestions?

When I mentioned that, I didn't realize that RPM used a hinge pin on the bottom arm. Sorry about that. I thought they just ran two pillow balls on the lower arm and one on top like I've seen on some buggies. Now that I've actually looked at the true track arms... I see the pillow ball tightening would just screw up your camber as you suggest. I'm kind of surprised they don't run pillow balls on the bottom. That would let you adjust rear toe... must be more fragile as I don't see many buggies with it anymore either.

Yeah I always had trouble with the toe links, true track eliminates them and sets the toe at 1.5 degrees. You can set camber and the roll center but no toe. I like it that way, 1.5 is a good generic angle plus I'm not a bigtime racer. I just want to have an awesome rig for when I can get to the track.

I had same issue. What rockers are you using??? I was using the long travel. Too much travel will make dog bones pop out. changed to progressive 2 and dog bones dont pop anymore. Check travel of arms may be as easy as changing rockers. I looked for deeper cups, thought i found some so i ordered them---same as stock. best bet lessen your travel and you will be fine.....

There are deeper cups available from trx. P/n 5153r. That's what I run, I can use any rocker.

Crazy...... I called them to get a deeper set and sent the same stock ones that come with cvd's. part number 5159. where did you get them?????
