Revo 3.3 fail safe

Any recommendations? Bought one off Amazon it dose not operate properly. Any suggestions? I would like to order off Amazon if possible. Just don't wanna keep buying failsafes that don't work. Thanks guys!

Does anyone know what is the blue Loctite that RC's usually come from factory with, its not your typical liquid blue Loctite, but rather some sort glue and can be reused over and over without turning into white powder.
Its often applied to spare RC parts as well....

You might be talking about epoxy-based thread locker
