Strange thing.. I pulled the Gearbox apart again. Put it back together, Swore at it and it seems to run ok.. took it out for a bash and it was running fine. Think I have to re-tune it as it was running hot and lacked alittle power. But at the moment all it well (touch wood)
 
Its knock on wood, dont touch wood, thats bad luck. Especially if its not your own wood...
 
So the Car seems fine.. The loss of power yesterday was due to the slipper Pads falling apart.. (brand new) got six tanks of fuel out of em lol.

I've posted a new thread if anyone wants to give advice on where to buy parts for cheap in Australia or Online.
