Reverse on a rustler?

Well I won me a cheap 2.5 rustler on ebay -(link)- and to my noob knowledge I know that it doesn't have reverse, so i was wondering if its possible to make it reverse of so could you list the parts i will need also if you could list some pros/cons togo with it would be great. thx

And if you do put it in, after you see the performance decrease, you will take it right back out....
