Replacing Engine

I'm replacing my old stock engine with a new one through HPI's engine exchange program. I'm not sure which engine is best and need some advice. I'm looking at the Nitro Star 15 SS, Nitro Star 15 FE and the Nitro Star 18 SS. I don't know what the SS and FE stand for. Any assistance would be appreciated.

If I am not mistaken there is exchange program still costs you around $100 correct? If that is the case you would be better off imo to go with an OS .15 or even .18. You can get one for right around $100, and it will definately out perform any of the engines you listed.

I agree with NCNitro, it will outlast the hpi, and will be easier to tune.
