I blew the engine on my rc10gt rtr today and was wondering if it was worth getting a new sleeve and piston or just getting a new engine? if a new engine which one? I want to spend up to $125

Look at what it will cost to overhaul your engine and whether or not you were completely satisfied with it. Most say its underpowered. I would have to agree that most RTR engines are at best a mid grade engine. You can get a better engine for just a few dollars more. I would recommend the OS CVR .12 or even a OS CV .12. Both IMO are better engines that your AE mill.

You will not be disappointed. Super easy to tune, keeps the tune, and has amazing power. IMO the most bang for your buck hands down!

I would say to go with a new mill. The OS .12 CV-RX and .15 CV-RX are good mills.

OS .15 CV-RX ... $139.99

OS .12 CV-RX ... $104.99

Both are good mills
