Thanks for that, I have spare Traxxas arm & axle carriers here so maybe just stick with them for now, I don't do big jumps so they might be ok for a while.
I'm having a real hard time deciding what to do now though, Have just been looking at 1/8 nitro buggies, I miss the one I had a few yrs back & always wanted another decent one & with $700 sitting in the bank its very temping to get a decent RTR buggy or truggy, would just mean the revo stays stock for now. decisions decisions ??
The associated RC8 race spec RTR looks nice, does anyone know what they are like ??

Well, looks like the Revo is staying in standard form a bit longer, although I did have the new 3 shoe clutch/flywheel kit turn up in the main today so will get that put in & get the Revo going again, until something breaks anyway.
Can someone tell me how tight I should do the flywheel nut up, I think I have it tight enough but I don't have the proper tools to do it, hopefully it don't come loose.

Engine in & going well, nearly all run in, just need a final tune up & its done. Can deffinately tell the difference already between it & the 3.3 already, just need to find some good dirt now & give it a run.
