I was putting some tires on and I accidentally dripped some glue on the windshield. I treid to wipe it off but it just made a mess. What can I use to get the glue off the windshield. I tried nail polish remover and the glue smear is still noticable.

We're talking about super glue, right?
Nail polish remover is Acetone with fragrance and oil added to it. You can get a quart of Acetone in any hardware store for about $3.00. I'd try it on a scrap piece first, but I don't think it will harm Lexan. If you already have the nail polish remover, and it hasn't melted or scarred the windshield, you'll just have to do it some more. Once that glue cures, it's tough to get off, but it will dissolve if you keep at it.

I think that would be a good spot for a vent hole.....

Actually that was a good idea to do. Since the glue was close the vent hole, I just made the vent hole larger to get rid of the glue marks. It is actually still 2 inch legal.
