on stock wheels t-maxx then dye colors or paint wheels with tires glued

ez off oven cleaner should take the chrome right off.Being the tires are still on after the chrome is off clean them with some alcohol paint them with krylon.

If your able, remove the wheels from the tires and soak em in bleach. I think if you kept the tires on the wheels and soaked em...you might ruin you tires--dry em out?

greased lightning will take off the chrome. It will also make the glue very brittle and you can remove the tires pretty easily after a soak in it.
