I was impressed by the ability to move so many vehicles such a long way not to mention the weather conditions and resistance the encountered.

250,000 gallons of fuel, Boats, Cranes, Food, Bridges, Ammunition, and Protection for all that precious cargo.

Go Baby Go!

I tell ya i was amazed to read that the Tanks were getting 3 gallons per mile ...that right i didnt say it backwards they use 3 gallons per mile holly cow luckly they dont use nitro ..

And I'm with you eddy I'm amased that then can transport all that stuff as fast as they are

What do they do with the empty fuel trucks?
Send them back, abandon them, destroy them, establish a base and defend them?

Just wondering...

whats more jacked up is tanks burn the same amount of fuel idleing or running full speed. So they want to haul ass and shut them off. They also never let the run below hald empty incase they get in a battle they can continue to handout asswhoopings...X

The empties return to the back of the supply line, get filled up, and sent back to the front.

now we know where clinton's budget surplus went

ok ok I'll shut up and stick to the topic.

I never really thought about the logistics or moving all that stuff around. Takes a lot of people and planning just to get from point a to point b jeez

we have a couple hundred mile supply line and the Iraqi's are jumping the troops going back and fourth from the front line to Kuwait.
they said tis is how the first pow's were taking and the other troops with them were killed. they were goign to the front line following the convoy but far behind.
