ok installed the diff added 500,000 weight oil to the diff and the rear brake set up seem to be dragging should do something about this or let the brake disc wear down

Adjust the linkage so the brake does not drag.

I had the same problem. It eventually caused the failure of my center diff. I noticed that the screws that came with the kit seemed a little short, so adjusting the caliper gap was difficult. I recently purchased the stainless screw set and I was able to dig through the box of screws and find two that were just a few mm's longer. this made ALL the difference.

I also had this problem. So, I removed the middle metal brake shoe, used slightly longer screws and problem fixed.

Hope this helps.

it shouldnt have anything to do with the screws that hold the linkage in place, but if you are worried about that they make a carbon fiber plate and brake rotors in a little kit thats fairly in inexpensive.

but you need to adjust the gray know on the end of the linkage to adjust the rear brake

rear brake....yuck

I've spent more time messing around with the center diff and rear brake....I ditched them both. All I do is bash anyhow. I got rid of the center diff and rear brake. I installed the FOC and I also installed a spool in the rear. WHAT A COMBO for bashing!!!!!
