ready to upgrade

i have a 2.5 sport maxx and had some probs with the motor. by the way i did get it running better (thanks rolex) but i was kinda thinkin i would like to get a new motor so i can break it in my self so i know for sure what the motor has been through (the truck i bought was used) however iam currently biddin on a 3.3.. is there any thing else i would need to upgrade durin installation???

Well when you are adding that much more power I would sugest upgrading your drive train along with the motor, things like CVD's front, center, and rear, as well better transmission gears, hope this helps...

I have a 3.3 transmission brand new that I bought just for the upgrade that you're going to do. I have since bought 6 more RC's and decided not to upgrade that one. It's still in the package just like I received it. I'll sell it to you very cheap if you're interested. The 3.3 tranny was made with better gears and a stronger tranny case to handle the power of the 3.3. I will also throw in sever free goodies for your maxx, like new air filters, intake, some brand new chassis rails, some new bumpers, etc... Stuff like that will really make your truck look brand new.
