when i send PM's i get this lil message pop up what exactly is it i click OK when it comes up??
 
if you click ok you should get some kind of conformation that the other party did recieve the message and read it, when ever they do.
 
Every once in awhile, just remember to clear out your "Sent Mail" & "Read Receipts" folder under your Private Messages Folder. It automatically saves a copy of Sent Pm's And read receipts...
 
If you click "cancel" on that pop-up box asking for a receipt it will still send the PM but w/o a receipt
