This Event will be held on Saturday December 13th
Gates will open at 8am Drivers Meeting at 10am Sharp. Trophies will be awarded for this race. Look for our Flyer on our forum at http://www.mcrcforums.com for more details about this race and other races going on in Ga. For the $15.00 dollar fee for this Race Bring a $10.00 New toy that does not require battery's and your $5.00 entry fee. All toy's from this event and any other toys donated during the month of December will be used to give out to local family's for Christmas who may not be able to afford Christmas this year for there children. This past year has been very costly for many people this is the time to take a little to help give a lot.

P.S I hope that other R/C Tracks in Ga and other states will take some time this year to have race to help out less fortunate family's in your area.

Alright guys Because of the response that we are having about this Race we are having to limit this Race to a 50 racer. If I'm able to drum up some help for this event we might be able to open it up for more entries but for now it has a 50 racer limit.

If you are going to race this event you will need to sign up here at www.mcrcforums.com under Upcoming Races thread or at http://www.rcsignup.com. As some of my locals sign up I will up date the entries on both sights as soon as possible. I will be posting this info on all the other forum that we are on so that everyone that is interested in this event will have equal opportunity to get signed up.

Remember Guys and Gals this event is to help raise toys So try to bring your toy with you if for some reason Drivers are unable to give a toy for $10.00 of there $15.00 fee then $10.00 of there entry fee will be used to purchase toys for the Family's or money raised will be used to give to the family's but we would rather have toys. We will be excepting donation out at the track all thru November and up to about the beginning of the third week in December this will give us time to get all toys and donations together for the Families.

If you would like to help out for this event as a Sponsor or a helping hand please contact Bobby at 706-621-0036 or [email protected].

Thanks To All and Happy Holidays to everyone.
