They do offer group rates, but the minimum is 10 rooms, and i dont think we will have that many people.
 
I'd love to Join you guys but that's way to far north of my Beach HOuse in South Beach.

Well - It seems that this idea has slowely evaporated. I emailed everyone to see who was coming, and so far the list has now dwindled to Me, Nitromaniac, MCvickj, and NCNitro. Anyone else coming?
 
I know, Joe - alot of people are just a little unreliable i guess. Same thing happened to the West Coast bash. Its alright though. Yes, the track is still ours. Are you staying at the Holiday Inn that i recommended?
 
An offroad track with 4 guys. Hmm.... While I was also looking forward to a larger crowd we will still have fun regardless. :radio: :buggy1: :marshall: :censored: :radio: :)
 
NA- I finally got the exact date that I'll be in FL. April 9th-15th. So see who wants to join us in a spring bash.

Unfortunately Msly couldn't swing it this time. I'm going with my bud Kev who is also an RCNT member.

We'll be staying at the Holiday Inn Express Orlando

We land in Orlando at 1:45pm on Thursday & leave at
11:35am on Sunday...
Still trying to figure out what the best way to get the trucks down there is.......
 
If you need or want to ship them you can ship them to me. Only thing is I will only be going Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so if you needed them on Thursday that might be a problem.

Damn, I have reservations at the Holiday Inn Select, do you have a # for the one you are staying at, I might just change my reservations.

Imbroken - glad you can make it bro!!!!! the hotel you are staying at is about 15-20 minutes from my house, about 30 minutes from the track. not too bad. Right downtown, so traffic will be an issue on friday, but not for sat or sun.

NCNitro - If you are bringing your wife, dont stay where imbroken is staying - it isnt a good neighborhood. Its not the ghetto, but i dont think your wife would feel safe. If you are familiar with Orlando, that hotel is near the I-4/Colonial Drive interchange.

Msly - the actual dates are Thursday, Jan 8th - Sunday, Jan 11th.
