Alright guys, Watse Land might actually have a nice idea on this one. Okay, I've seen members vids and I've seen some sweet stuff but they are usally long videos of just one or two members. What if there was a RCNT Video? Everyone could send clips the producers, have a poll on the music, and some other little odds and ends. Have a hour long or so RC video of just RCNT members,. Maybe download them or buy the DVD for 5 or 10 dollars and raise some money for the site. What does everyone think?
 
Not a bad idea. This fits more in the suggestion catagory though.

It may belong in the suggestion box, but the majority of the public is in the GNT, and it would get as much attention as it needs, and if this could raise cash for the site then I'd say it can go where it wants, lol.

ANother idea, we could have all the diffrenttype seperated. All touring car section, all MT section, all buggy section and so on.

Quite Random, which bash are you talking about?

Dosent matter, The only bash I'm going to is the one I'm hpsting in the early fall.

sounds like a good idea. i would download it. maby make a vid at the big RCNT bash places.. like the one coming up in April in Florida then the one in NY.

A collection of all of our bashing vids, that would be very nice. I would even film some things especially for the dvd.

Make a wild RCNT bash video. Edit it nice, and put it to some good sound. Make it as long as possible. Take the DVD put it in a good cover, and case. Sell it for $10.99. Just like the off road videos, the real TV videos etc. Use it to support woodie, and rcnt.

I know that I would defintaly donate any of my personal media to the cause. Since the footage would be free, your basically looking at the cost of the dvd's and cases. Selling only a few a month could really help.
 
I think that's a great idea.
Make it look really professional with quality sound.
If it could be made to play in a DVD player that'd be awesome, if not I can watch it on my computer no problem.
Slap it in a CD case with a cheesy label on it and sell them for $10 shipped.
I'd definately pick one up.

RCNT could come out with one once a year....kinda recap the bashes that took place and the more exciting vids people submitted.
 
MaxxTrooper got a lil off my idea but still cool. I could understand having a RCNT bash vid for each and every real RCNT bash but I'm talking more like any member with good footage could send it in and just make a good one to two hour video. Wait until Winter to sellt hem, no one wants to be left out.

You guys like the idea of seperating the buggies,Mts,ST, and onroads and then you could just pick which section you wanted to watch on your DVD. It would make finding your personal intrest so much better. Maybe even 2 more extra cats. Interview with the voted Hardcorest Basher of the site(small interview and get a 5 or 6 min part just of his best bashing or racing or whatever) and crashes.

Just thought of another, a Pictures section. Just a slide show of pictures of members, that way if a member didnt have footage they could still have pics. Just a slide show with some music in the background would be cool. Any comments on these ideas?
 
The more I'm thinking about this the more I'm liking it. All the RCNT bash footage should be put into one section, Then maybe onroad footage, then a section on insane air, then just crashes and total carnage. Muahahaha@!!!!! Finally a members rides section made up of pictures small clips and bling bling. Id definitly pay for that!.

If you go with the above format you dont need to exclude any one type of RC from any one section.
 
i will def buy one if its under 15 bucks and i will def have to start taping me learning how to fly. its pretty funny:smoke:
 
Well I personally think it would be better to just seperate the diffrent styles of RCs. All onroad section, all buggy section, all MT section, and that way your intrest could be filled by just picking which section you wanted. The the Basher of the year interview, the carnage section of wrecks and just random way too high vids, and thent he slideshow.
