Rc10ds....need Parts Bad!

I'm having a hard time finding parts for my RC10DS, and i am getting to a point where i need them badly. I have broken two a-arms, a little JB Weld fixed those right up....yea yea i know, you dont even need to say it. I would like to get this car to a point where i can drive it in gravel or maybe even off road, i was gonna put 2" rims on the back for now, they need tires the worst. the foamies dont last. I wanted 0 degree castor blocks but i can't find any. i am thinkin I'm gonna make those out of aluminum on a mill. if i make the caster blocks, i can make them to fit other a-arm that are still available, maybe longer a-arms. the engine, as of now, is a traxxas .15 but I'm gonna swap it out for the sotck associated .15 on the RC10GT. the spur gear is a 54 tooth 32 pitch traxxas, with a sfew extra holes, because i cannot find a spur gear for the darn thing. the main reason I'm here though is i think i messed up the differential and i dont know what to do. where can i get parts to replace this stuff? RC10GT? thats kinda the direction i would like to head with it anyways. I would however like to stay with associated parts. any info, prices, part numbers, suggestions....anything....is greatly appreciated. thanks

BTW, as of now, gearing is 22/54 with little 1.5" or 2" tires. i will eventually have 2" rims which will make the tires between 2.5" and 3" and when i get the new engine, gearing may change because of that too.

Sorry i wasn't more specific. mainly i want to make this car more of a basher, being my first and also being bought used. i want zero degree caster blocks, i think they will be aluminum because i can make those myself. by making them myslef i can make them to fit my car and also to fit a readily available a-arm. i was thinking something made by associated, i want to try to stick with them. then i would like to put some larger tires, all the way around, but mainly the backs right now because they need replaced anyways. i was thinking a 2" rim with short wall tires. i am going to replace the engine sooner or later, a used associated 1.5, stock in a RC10GT, will do fine....thats what i have available to me also. it's geared with a 22 tooth clutch bell and a 54 tooth spur gear, but the spur gear is not available so i have had to use a traxxas spur gear, drilling 2 extra holes to make it fit. i was having problems with my differential (or so i thought) one tire would lock up but i found something jamming in the rim and i think that was my problem. right now the biggest think I'm looking for is suggestions on the spur gear and the a-arms. once again, thanks for any suggestions you guys can give.
