Grats man!
In its time they had the most technical members using their forum. After some internal issues they seem to have lost most of their best users.

Like most of the people that are into the RC forum world its all about the info that we can pass on to each other. I second woodies statement above. You may want to see what you can do.

I still take a gander at that site and believe you will do a great job in the effort to revive the forum. IMO its all about sharing knowledge and you have an abundance to share.

We hope to still see you around here as much as possible. We do have 3-4 mods from other sites that hang their hat here in their off hours.

Diffgrinder there is making an all-out effort to bring in industry and new members, and we are greatful for the invitation to contribute.

Yeah, the registering is something that apparently just started this week. There is a public statement about it.

As for RCNT, this will always feel like home, and I'll be here most every day, talking right out of my @$$ like always! :write:

Scott sent me a link so I thought I'd come check out the place.

Must say very Nice.

I need to hook up with you all on your smilies, Man you got a bunch of them:w00t:

I saw a few comments on RCR's new program with the access issues. Just wanted to explain myself here.

We were getting 170,000 plus hits a day before, and slowly went down to 35-45,000 per day. With all the crap that happened we were getting alot of people just coming on to read and not logging on. This caused a serious decrease in posts. Which someone early mentioned is the reason we are at these places, for the info. We looked into the future and were affraid by next month there would be nothing left to read and wouldn't even get the guest coming back.

I might mention that even at MT you must be a registered member just to even see the forums. So we really aren't out of the times, just need to get things hoping again with posts to get more members coming back. Non-registered members can't post so hense now you must be a member to read.

It was decided for the survival of RCR.

I might ad we are re-working the whole system, here very soon we will have a place for other forums like yourselves to have a banner link on RCR. If you are interested in joining the list you are more than welcome.

Thanks for listening, and I will regular this place to check it out, I like what I see.
