rc over cellular

I want to run a car from far far away. Eg, cellular.

Can anyone point me to any projects like that? I am an android and arduino developer, so I dont want to reinvent the wheel if no need!

I get enough walking to right a car I flipped in my yard, I sure don't want to have to get in my truck to go find a car that you don't know where it is. Drone tech. uses satellite gps, You may have to look into adapting some of that in your build.
