Has Anyone Ever Delt With The Rc Mall @ Ebay He Messed Me Over Bad On Some Diff Sets For My X

That's Dinball right? I've picked up a few things from him in the past ( a couple years) and never had an issue. I know some that have had the same experience and others that have had some things go bad like you. I'm wondering how much US customs plays into his shipments getting jacked up here.

That name sounds familiar.. is this person in China? If so I would be bet it's stuck in customs... you have to consider the source these days. I'm pretty sure I've got stuff from him before and havn't had problems... took a while to receive though...

I wonder if your cash was seized on it's way out.. Think about it. $200 USD cash going to a communist country that supplies weapons to the bad guys.... this is kind of a no brainer. However, I feel for you. It suck to lose out on so much money. I hope things work themselves out. However, there's probably CIA watching you read this right now...

I bet it was seized. Cash going through the mail out of the country, not a good thing. Sorry to hear you lost on some $$$ but that will be a tough one to recover.

I've seen many items from him at good prices, just couldn't and won't buy from out of country sellers. Sorry you got screwed!

I have ordered from several places in Hong Kong and Japan. Never had a problem once. With the feedback of RC Mall on eBay, I would order from him as well. They are not in the business of screwing people. They need referrals and repeat business to survive.

Bottom line, use PayPal only when dealing with out of country sellers. If you don't have it, then don't buy.

This is a prime example of why the USPS says never to send cash.

Sorry to sound harsh, but you did not get screwed. You gambled, lost and screwed yourself.

he sent me the email via ebay i recievewd it jan 4 i sent the money on dec 22 reg mail and he (they) signed for it i know he got it!

I have and never will send cash as there is no proof of what is sent. You are better off spending more locally than to risk sending cold hard cash via mail.

I have bought from Dinball and I believe RCMALL but not sure, the package from Dinball was tiny and took literally about 3 weeks.

I would contact ebay just to let them in on it. He sent you a Message through EBAY that he got the money. That is proof right there. I just hope you did not delete that message.
