Hay guys. quick question, after removing the mill, radio tray and fuel tank is there anything else I should do prier to hosing down my buggy? Also when I am done what steps should I take to ensure good performance and longevity? i.e. WD40 the Cv joints ect.

I wouldnt "hose down" anything, you still have bearings, servo's and countless other working/moving parts that can be ruined with water/rust.

Personally I wash my buggy and truggy on a regular bases. I use Odonnell wash. It tells you to rinse with water. Most of the racers wash there buggys etc after a day of racing when air won't do the trick. Some use Simple Green. As long as you blow it off well with compressed air you shouldn't have a problem.

I was worried myself that water would be a problem. I try not to spray water directly into wheel bearing etc. I'v been doing it for about a year now with no problems. I guess to each their own.
