HOLY poop YOU GUYS KIDDING ME?! I had them in my cd player at all times as a teenager. These punks today wouldnt know good music if it came up and bum rushed em'
 
Just saw this thread, and wanted to say don't feel too bad tho not all hope is lost for the youth. I'm 21 n my fav stuff is metal all day and night but I also love zeppelin (when people ask y, I love what they do when I explain they're the origin of a lot of rock as we know it). As well as everything from classical, jazz, blues, gospel and more. And I believe in sound quality as well cds only for me no ipod. Can't stand compressed music.
The best part is my 10 yr old lil brother has my same tastes. He hates eminem and lady gaga and all that, and I've found him jammin to blue oyster cult (more cow bell!) Zz top, zep, korn, rage and all the other good ones. (He found all my missin cds and liked them waaay more then what he'd had so I told him keep em) I say get em off the mass media and radio crap it all sucks.

they deff had a message, I'm not so sure about steve morello's colab with cypress hill though.. but thats more cypress sucking lol..
only reason i brought that up, is because i went to a slightly stoopid/ cypress hill concert and they played it.
 
haha i was listening to steve miller band and thats what came out.. haha

cypress hill was insane the concert was great! but that rise up stuff meh... not so much haha steve morello:whhooo:
 
speakin of cypress hill.. A few years ago I went to their concert and Sen Dog threw his shirt out to the crowd and I was the lucky bastard who caught it :)

God I hope Hetfield does the same thing this Nov.. I'm so exited to see Metallica live agian.. They dont come to Australia often.. Ill be going both nights.. 15th & 16th..
 
they played how i could just kill a man.
and when they played hits from the bong.. they brought out a 7 foot bong and some black guy that was playing their bongo's took a huge rip outta the biggest glass bong i've ever seen. sorry.. little off topic :)
