Rolex my man you're a genious!!!!! You were right, It was that my needles were too lean. But why did It just shut off instead of overheating? You where right but why?

I guess Ok well for everyone else this is what was wrong. It kept only running for like ten mins and performed very well cold, it only got to 160 dagrees and would shut off and never start again. turns out it was too lean. why didn't it overheat? It just shut off.

because it overheats when it's a lil too lean. An engine requires a certain air/fuel ratio to combust, which produces the energy, makes the piston go up and down, turn the crank, etc... You were so lean that when the engine warmed up and the fuel was warm, the air/fuel ratio was below the point required for combustion.

I could be completely wrong about this, so please correct me if I am. I'm just using experience from 1:1 cars.

I adjusted 1/8 of a turn is that enough? You were right though, or at least it sounds feasable. So you say there was so little for the ammount of air that it couldn't burn?

If it's lean enough, you won't even get enough fuel in the chamber to adequately combust. You may be able to prime it enough to get it running, but after that, the engine is so starved it just shuts down.

So what u lose a hand and didn't read any time? haha so is that right? what charlie said?

lmao man can't go one day without cracking up over something Rolex said, and usually it's hard to go an hour without it.

I get it. Well rolex when you see this my hats off to you buddy!
Sure thing, flandersander, now put your hat back on before you get sunstroke.

I don't know, but I think it might have some thing to do with the steam.. LOL!!!
Hey! I think you're right! No wonder it wouldn't run at room temperature. My hat's off to you buddy!
