With the 40th anniversary of Apollo upon us they have been running this commercial on TV that has small sections of JFK's speech about going to the moon. In this speech he says,

"we choose to go to the moon... we choose to go to the mood in this decade and do the other thing... not because they are easy, but because they are hard.."

No my question is.. What is "the other thing".

Or perhaps he was just saying "other things" just to say it. Its the same as when someone says they are selling a truck with a mamba max, JR 8711, 4S lipo and a ton of other upgrades. Generally the "ton of other upgrades" isn't all that impressive. Once you start the "etc and much more" routine, you are normally out of good stuff to list.

LOL, I was wondering that very same thing when I saw the commercial. I just figured it was mob talk. "Yo, you take care of that thing?" "Yeah, but I gotta take care of that other thing"
