Question for others running the sirio piston $& sleeve

Well i broke it in yesterday no doubt it as much more power than the stock but I'm also runnng alot hotter and wondering whater others are running atim running around 280 degrees somtime a lil lil less or more I'm also using the stock 2.5 head and wonder what head you are using?? Also do you think i ca keep running it at those temps cause i dont have enough cash right now cause just from bashing today i have to buy a motor mount front bulk heads and rears cause i cracked em not broke them and thats the second time for the front so I'm gunna get some alum ones tanx for the help whoever replys

For your bulkhead woes, I would recommend integy's bulks. $30 front or rear and pretty good quality.

As for the temps, I can't help you there. But 280 seems pretty high for my taste.

BUMP i want ot here from some other people too


and i tore the engine down last night and i noticed with the backplate of that when the piston is at TDC it will kinda like click if i go left and right the piston wont move at that point but the con rod will kind just rotate below it until its far enough to drag the piston back down that prob sounds really confusing but is that normal I've never noticed that b4 when I've torn down other engines or maybe i just nevere payed attention to it in dunno???

Just buy a dynamite heatsink head, and any aluminum bulks

And i was wondering, does the sirio piston and sleeve help that much?? Does it have a considerably larger amount of power. i am thinking about purchasing that kit, and i just dont want to invest in it if it is not that great,

yes there is a noticable amount of performace increasement
