I was thinking about exchanging my 2.5R for the 3.3. I was talking to a friend about it when he pointed something out to me. 3.3 cc translates into .20 ci I think, and according to my friend, it has the same exhaust outlet as the .15 does, and it looks that way to me. I guess what I'm trying to ask is how will this affect the performance of the engine? Thank you for any comments.
 
I've been reading that it is very comparable to the os .18 there are some differences but they are similar.
 
I'm gonna get one for my Brother's nitro rustler and see how it is. I think he will be happy.
 
It's still a small block. Most of them in the range of size you'd find for a Revo have the same size exhaust port. Look at the Trinity pipe, it comes with a manifold for a small block and a big block.
 
Thanks guys, another question. Will this 3.3 drop right into my stock Revo without ANY mods or extra parts? thanks.
 
traxxas says if your going to put this mill into a revo 2.5r then you should get the engine/chassis brace for under the motor mount that make that part of the chassis stronger so it dont fold over(in most big block cases) and also this new 3.3 is supposed to be a mid size block(small block case big block piston and sleeve) this is just something i heard from different people so dont quote me on it

Oh by the way, I ordered the 3.3 ysterday, should have it by the end of this week.
