I've got a pullstart on an OS.18tm and when you pull it when the glow plug is in it does'nt coil back up very well. If you take the glowplug out & relieve the compression it works fine. Is it the OWB starting to lock up?

Man, I've never heard of such a thing! The shaft doesn't move backwards as it's re-coiling does it? If so, your engine is shot regardless of OWB problems!

No it does'nt go backwards. I've got another OWB on the way I can't see how it it would be the engine, it's an os18 with about a quart though it. At least I hope its not the engine LOL.
