Pull Start

After getting feed up with the ezi start system on my OS21tm i installed a pull start but now have dramas getting it started. Tips or advice anyone....plz

You need to have a very good tune on your engine to use a pull start, short,fast pulls is the best way to use a pull start, If the engine is tuned correctly it should start on the 2nd or 3rd pull.

Mine start on tge first pull after its got fuel

What both of them said. But I suspect you can't get it primed. This is why I use an electric fuel pump on a flight caddy. I pull the fuel line off the exhaust and plug the Dubro fitting into it. Light the pump off and in about 2 seconds I'm primed. If you're trying to prime your engine with the pull start it will take forever if not at all.

Put your finger over the stinger and give it a few tugs and it will be primed

I have duals with 4 outlets so not possible.

Priming is simple. Pull the fuel line off of the pipe and blow into it, takes about 3 seconds.

Unplug the pressure line to the pipe and blow in it - that will prime the carb - then away you go.
