I don't know what I was expecting but I got these wheels because I drive quite a bit on solid surfaces and for that they are crap. Pretty good in the dirt but much worse than stock wheels for black top.

They look great, but the added weight and much smaller contact patch make me regret getting them.
 
They do look very cool on the merv. I also noticed they are very sensitive to temperature. below 50 they turn to plastic, hence the slipping on pavement. You guys down south should get more use out of them. I'm in the great northeast. As soon as our Indian summer comes to a close the merv will be stored leaving only my son's stampede for winter folly.
