Just ordered bunch stuff for my jato got stampede rims tires all around ,mip cvds,twin brake mod,rpm a arms all around,aluminum a arm pin holders,aluminum brake lever,got pair aluminum shocks from old revo i rebuilt and just ordered dynamite mach 2 .19 and aluminum sterring drag link anyone suggest a good pipe for the dynamite engine or is the resonator from the 3.3 good for it u think.

Got a 200mm mustang gt 350 body I'm gona put on it ill post some pics soon

I'd run the pipe Losi puts on the cars with the Dynamite mills, if it will fit a Traxxas car. Lois uses good pipes on almost all their cars. They have the engine manufactuer match up a pipe to the mills they make. The resonator will work fine though, its a good pipe.

Gona try to make a well rounder moe hopefully she does well on both LHS called the dynamite .19 showed up so gona go grab that and start workin on it soon as get some time off from work would like to see those mods tho moe ill send ya a email and ill get some picks up soon gota paint the mustang body any suggestions ?

i am not in to paint. the other day i saw a jato that this cat had replaced the front shocks with a turnbuckle. course that makes it a pavement only car. i did it to my jato it corners better. now remember any/all mods i talk about may not be for everyone. use them at your own risk. well this is it so far just did the paint yesterday nuthin special wanted to keep it simple its a 65 mustang gt350 body i used pearl white and black to make the gunmetal color came out alright so far I've only really modded the drivetrain

mip cvds
hot racing steel tranny gears
RPM arms all around drilled them so sway bars work with them
revo 18/40 gearing atm gona change that around soon
dynamite .19 motor saver filter
hot racing twin disk brake kit
got anacondas on it now i have a set of talons on 2.8 also for off road fun

the dynamite is running good so far good pinch hold tune great i think i need to find a better pipe i got a resonator that i drilled the stinger out i need to find one with more low mid punch the engine seems slow off the start but once it hits mid it takes off pretty good dont have the wheelie poppin power the 3.3 has but deff much easier to maintain then the 3.3 at least for me think I'm gona order a os carb and rebuild my 3.3 she how she runs with the better carb thinkin also bout 17mm adapters to run 1/8 buggy tires what ya think

How much fuel do you have through the engine? May just need a bit more before it's running free and putting out good power.

Got a link to those hot racing gears? I use new era's 17mm adapters on mine.

LOL ok i was bored i was cleaning the revo and for shits and giggles since i have steal gears i dropped the .26 reddot in the jato took her for a spin in the parking lot holy S%$@ lol think I'm gona order another reddot for 160 and put the dynamite .19 in my sons rc10 gt2 it might be a lil to much but in a strait line it sure is fun as hell hmm Jato dragster ??? lol

nice look. I'm wanting to put a body like that on my jato, i run the stock anaconda tires.. i love em.. would you say a 190mm or 200mm body to run with those tires?

200mm would be best there is more choices for 200mm then 190mm bodies and the 200 fit fine on jato on anacondas

have you noticed any better controlability with the aluminum drag link? i was looking at purchasing one..
also with "redoing" the drive shaft.. notice anything different? more torque?

Yah the driveshaft is a must i hate the crappy plastic traxxas stock ones u can notice a lil difference. yes the aluminum stering link is awesome got rid of most of the slop stering and brakes are must upgrade on a jato lol.I painted a new body for off road and put stampede tires on the jato.2.8 sized talons there to wide to run the mustang body even with the 12mm off set hub adapters from the slash I will put some pics up of the off road set up

i almost bought a nissan skyline body 200mm at my lhs when i picked up new diffs for a 4.6 savage i got.. but i can never make up my mind on what body style car/truck ii want !!! haha
thats some cool paint scheme. how many bodys do you have?

I'm just curious, where do you run that with those tires on it? I tried those tires on mine and the truck was way too light for it to get any traction at all. Just did donuts all the time. Was like driving on ice. This was on warm pavement.

Yah Olds today was first day i ran it with those tires tried them in the parking lot at the office today and in a grass feild. I got crap traction tons of oversteer and pretty much just wanted to do donuts. I thouht maybe i would play arount with the sway bar adjustment and camber,toe of the front to see if it helps.Do you think smaller tires on front would help. was gona use this set up for off road but lookin like i wasted some money on tires lol

Well, the rears are what you really care about, which for me, those sucked. Even if you change the fronts to something high traction, you will still have an annoying time trying to get the thing to go forward. lol

I wasted money only on a pair of them.
