For the last week or so, it's been extremely slow to return when hitting the back button. I'm on high speed cable, and 30 seconds seems to be what it takes almost every time. If I leave a reply, it's usually even longer. If it goes longer than that, and I hit 'stop' or refresh, I'm left with a white page, and no back arrow.
Then I have to close the site and re-open it.
Anyone else have this problem, or is it Comcast that's messing with me?

I'm on cable with Optimum online, And I'm experiencing the same thing... It's getting annoying real quick... I've had it "timeout" on occasion, & lose my reply or thread...

same thing on my comcast too. I lost a lenghty PM tonight.

For some reason the server is using 3.9GB of memory out of the 4GB limit we have, thus the reason for the slow down. I just sent an email to the datacenter this evening regarding how the server could be using that much memory.

Hopefully we'll find out what program(s) are sucking up all our resources - I'll keep you posted.

You said "sucking" lol

I'm glad you caught that HB. Move this thread to the FFA now.

Thanks, I guess it's not just me. Before I hit the button to reply, I copy the text in case I get locked or dropped. Then when I get back, I can just paste it.
I'm getting pretty fed up with Comcast lately, so I might be dropping them, even if I have to go backwards to DSL.

Thanks for your input WoodiE.
