I've got an RC10GT with a .15SS motor and a CVEC pipe, but none of my bodies ever seem to fit right. The pipe is always in the way. What bodies do you guys use that fit well? Thanks. -Jason

I Used a Proline Crowd Pleazer. This is the stock body right? Or was this the kit RC10GT? Let us know that info. But I would suggest The Crowd Pleazer by Proline, Or the GMC Body from Proline also. Just Make sure that it says it will fit the GT. Later

Also: I see your pretty new to the site. Well welcome to RCNT Man, And I hope you can learn more about r/c's and make some friends here. Take care!

when u picked up the cvec pipe did u also change the mainfold by chance? if thats the case? that could be your problem with clearence, size up the stock gt manifold to the one you are running now with the Cvec. when i bought my GT used it had a header that cameout to far and gave me problems no matter what body was on there, simple fix just replace it with a stock one. hope that helps and welcome to RCNT

You should make a mount to mount it closer to the chassis. You just need some wire to make the mount. Here is a pic of how i mounted mine.

Thanks for the help guys. I think my headpipe might be sticking out too far, and I already have the front mount pulled in as far as possible. Thanks again. -Jason
